This site started out for adults taking care of their elderly parents, but it grew and expanded and now you will find persons taking care of spouses, of relatives, of friends, professionals taking care of clients, persons who live some distance from the person being cared for, persons no longer caring for someone else -- a huge range of persons with interest in caregiving.

Welcome aboard!

The best definition is that it is only defined by one thing in common....caregiving. Doesn't matter who is caring for whom - the biggest source of support is the opportunity to network with others who are going through the same thing you are. Oh - and to vent....venting is big...and welcome here!

First of all Welcome this forum is to ask questions when you are seeking answers, to vent when you need to vent, to laugh or put a smile on someone else who desperately needs it. We all need to talk at one time or another and seek advice. We are before anything humans, so take safety in that, you're not talking to aliens. We all care and we all need care. Hope you enjoy the sight.
