My sister has terminal cancer. She is on hospice. She needs help with her utilities. Can you suggest some help please?

She gets 700$ a month with another 133$ in food stamps. Her rent is 400$, with75$ for TV and 32$ for phone. Water is about 40$ lately with the cold weather. And about 140$ in electricity. Her landlord is wanting to go up on rent.

Call your county welfare office, they should be able to help.

call the utility company, some companies have programs to help out those who don't have enough income to meet their needs.

Depending on the state you are in, Lieapp could help. The utility company would have the forms to fill out and send in to the Lieapp office. It might be called something else in your state.
