My sister (75) has been diagnozed with stage 3 lung cancer and needs in home help. Any advice?

She has gone through chemo and radiation therapy. She will not allow me to clean and do laundry and house is a mess and dirty
I cook her meals and help with whatever she allows me to. I will be going overseas for 4 months next month and worried about her care
is there somewhere I can call to see if she can receive daily care in her home that her insurance would cover
