Sister is Mother's caregiver and poa only so my mom could live out her days at home recently she has tried to prove mom has dementia.

So she can put her in a home , mom is fine hospital says so . sis hasn't taken care of her she had waste dried to her bottom and her back smelt like a port a Pottie etc my oldest sister has taken her to live with her . Shes now well taken care of but miss poa refuses to bring any of moms things to her clothes check nook house keys or even give up the poa, what can we do ???? please help us mom is so down hearten
