What are her damages? She can find an attorney to sue, but there has to be several things in order to sustain the suit:

1. Another medical professional to testify that the standard of care for prevention and treatment of bedsores was breached by the facility in which she developed the sore;

2. That her damages are sufficient to justify compensation.

Her age, healthy, statistical longevity for someone in her situation are factors that would influence any damages.

Where is she? A nursing home? I cannot imagine suing for a bedsore. Does she have lots of them? Is she able to get out of bed? Is she well cared for or are ther other problems. Unfortunately bedsores are a very common problem and cause by just being in bed. Changing positions is veryimportant soit is notthe same area that is always next to the sheets.
