You have no rights over your dad's social security nor does your sister unless she is caring for him and receives the money by your father's choice or under gardianship

Custodian? Do you mean conservator? If Sissy is your dads conservator or guardian, it would have been done by a pretty involved and specific court ordered process. She would have been named by a judge as this and there are all sorts of reporting required by the court.

Alternatively, could it be that Sissy is considered dads representative payee for SS? It's not as involved as being a C / G but it too has specific requirements from SSA as to reporting where Dads funds went to.

Either way has safeguards & accountability for his $.

Sissy has no requirement to run her management of his $ by you or other family members for approval or for input. She can if she wants to. If you have valid & provable concerns, then you file for a change of guardianship or rep payee.

You can go to the next hearing or file a challenge to her appointment.
