I signed up for power of attorney for my mother but have not received any copy from the lawyer. Can I obtain this please?

Your mother should have it since she's the one who signs it and gets it from the lawyer who wrote it.

Joyce, have you called the attorney who prepared the POA for your mother?
In my experience, multiple copies are signed; they're considered duplicate originals, or "conformed copies". Your mother should have a few of these.
