My mother is in an assistant living with Dementia, my siblings and I have POA over my mother finances. Can I sign my mother's double wide trailer over to me as a gift then pay off my siblings for what I think the trailer is worth so that I might live there or rent it. She is receiving medicaid.

NO, using your POA to sign things to yourself is totally illegal. AND Medicaid will have a lien any property, so if she signs it over, Medicaid STOPS.

My mother if receiving Medicaid and is in an Assistant Living facility with Dementia. When she passes and my siblings and myself acquire her home, which is a trailer that is stated in her will, would we have to pay back Medicaid if we decide to keep it?

If Medicaid has a lien on the property, then you would have to pay the lien before you can take possession. All of this will be handled by your state through Medicaid estate recovery whenever your mother passes.

Well, actually Medicaid wouldn't have a lien on the property, the state would.
