Dad has lung cancer and Mom has dementia. They say they will not leave and with the storm coming I don`t know what to do when they are told to leave and they refuse.
You can contact your local authorities for assistance before it comes to that. Do you have other siblings that might come and help? It is the old be the adult/bad person and make the right decision for them routine.
