Why does she have more energy than me, her caregiver?

My mother is elderly, 87 years old and never naps. I keep hoping she will take a nap so I can rest, since she gets me up every night at least one, sometimes twice to go to the bathroom. Why does she have more energy then me, her Care giver??? She has end stage copd.

I'm sorry you couldn't get rest.... How about finding seniors day care for your mothers . She might be perfect candidate for participant because she wants be so active. Good Luck
