In Sacramento CA area are there nursing homes that accept poor people?

My brother is on SSI and has medicare and medi cal. He is on oxygen. He is on Oxygen 24 hours a day, and needs someone to prepare meals and dispense medications.

Yes, he just has to call his caseworker.
