I just had to tell my 93 year old Dad his 60 year old son passed away. We lost my mom 3 years ago this past Christmas...Dad is taking it really rough. How do I deal with it his emotions, making sure he is ok, and still trying to keep myself grounded? Thanks for any suggestions. I feel really lost at this point.

I'm sorry for your loss. Grief is hard and losing someone who was so important to both of you is bound to be difficult, I don't think this is something you can fix you just need to ride the wave. Perhaps getting someone else to spend some time with your dad would be helpful and allow you to focus on your own feelings of loss.
