Sister is grantor/trustee. Please advise as my mother would like to apply for VA Aid and Attendance as soon as possible. She is 88 years old and needs help everyday. Thank you.
Your best bet is to contact the VA Aid & Attendance to see if a Trust will cause any complications in obtaining funds from the program.
