I am looking for a reliable medication dispenser that has lock out capabilities so the the user can not take medication from future days.

Who must dispense medication at home?

I forgot to mention the dispenser rotates and the door to only one cup of medications will open when it is time.

Phillips Lifeline has a system that they offer. There is a dispenser that they program so it alerts a person that it is time to take medication. It also alerts contacts by phone if a dose was missed. I don't know how much it cost, but it sounds very good for someone who is on medications that are important not to miss.
