These may be very helpful for my clients - and others. All referrals and specifics of why you would recommend a particular one is appreciated. Also, how do the sizes run? Are they S-M-L, etc. and what would, for example a M or L size be equivalent to. Are there different sizes for men and women?

Hi TouchMatters:

I found this link through Google for MS patients that I hope will help:

I own the flexi freeze ice vest. It is unisex, completely adjustable, comes in one size but I am a size 2x. It comes with two sets of ice packs.
If you Google flexi-freeze ice vest you will easily find info/pictures etc. I think I bought mine online at target.
I suffer with anhydrosis, (certain medications switch off our bodies ability to sweat) and I lived somewhere humid, and could only last outdoors at 90 degrees for about 10-15 minutes. The ice vest made it so I could last an hour on one set of ice packs.
Hope this helps.
