Every State has its own unique laws when it comes to drafting legal documents, thus I would highly recommend you make an appointment with an attorney, especially a Elder Law attorney to make the necessary changes to your Will and POA [if needed].

I would definitely re-do the POA on a Georgia standard form.
The Will could just be reviewed, not necessarily re-written.
