What if the POA form was forged?

You have no right to see the POA. Only the judge gets to see it.

I had no right to have a freaking harassment charge put on me because the freaking POA had the will changed and stole all her personal belongings and wanted me out of the picture. I just do not have a dirt-ball mind set, and was so taken - this woman was like to mother to me and me a daughter to her. Can I contact this judge - my friend died, is this document on file some where in allegheny county, PA. No I will not let this person steal anymore from her. I want him in prison and will do whatever I can to prove this. With God's help I will find a way.

Massage, even with a perfectly valid document, a POA is not authorized to help himself to personal belongings or exert undue influence about financial matters. Forging the POA document would be just one of a series of criminal activities. If you have evidence of wrongdoing, move forward with it -- whether there is a copy of the POA for you to see or not.
