How to handle possible compensation from a parent highly compromised with aging who lives and receives 24/7 care from me?

I suggest a formal witten personal care agreement, spelling out what you are providing, and what the parent is paying. This would be helpful in case Parent needs to go on Medicaid, and/or if their are relatives who wonder where the money is going.
