For your rash, use baby wipes after each urination and dry then put a thin film of creamy Desitin. My family never had any diaper rash ever due to my doing that. You might need to see a different urologist to do some testing to find what meds you really need or if there is something wrong that has gone undetected. I have the feeling there is some underlying cause that the meds are not defeating.
