Are you talking about physical or Psychiatric therapy? Whichever, you will need an order from your doctor. Ask the doctor if he knows of any facility that does outpatient therapy. You will need to call around to see who excepts Medicare and your suppliment. Your supplimental should have a list of providers. The problem with Medicare, not everyone excepts it and they don't have to.

Her doctor can order physical therapy. They will probably know who to send to you that is covered by her insurance. I would call her provider and ask if they have a list that you can use to verify that it is covered. Can i suggest that whomever you are referred to that you verify before a billable visit that they accept her insurance.

Ask the PCP about in home therapy too - physical and occupational. At least in my little corner of the world, the in home providers seem to take Medicare payments more often, keep in touch with the doctor better, and make you more aware of the Medicare "progress" testing for continued treatment.
