Find Care & Housing
If Medicaid is paying for the NH home, then her income (social security, pension, etc.) are considered her Share of Cost, less a small amount each month for her persnal needs ( haircuts and the like). Medicaid is a program for the indigent. She doesn't get to keep her income AND have the government pay for her care. That wouldn't be fair.

How old is your Aunt? It seems to me that income from Worker's Comp would end at retirement age. Having said that, I am not an expert on Worker's comp. BUT, it seems to me that if the Aunt is living in a nursing home and not able to pay her own way, then all of her income would be made available to help pay her share of the expenses.
