My daughter and I need in home health care but the agency told me Medicare will not pay. Now what?

Would you qualify for Medicaid? That is the program that provides in-home health care.

i dont think i can get medicaid cause i have medicare as my primary.

Medicare and Medicaid are entirely different programs. You may certainly have both.
