Family probate court to represent myself because I know I cannot afford attorney-Attorney has been paying for all my brothers Lawyers with mom’s money from the trust as well as selling all but 1.8 of our 14 acres here in Duxberry and now they are saying less than a year later there is no money in her care is supposed to shop this Saturday the 16th at 6 AM any advice I know I’ve been on the site before and if anyone needs proof of all this is true I have emails an audio recordings of my brother stating that this is happened and so forth and emails proven that there was plenty of money and no mortgage and 14 acres until Attorney was hired thinking when he was a neutral party it turned out he was friendly with my brothers Attorney and my brother was the prior trustee and was fired for stealing- That being said I know I’ve been on the site before but I hope to go to court tomorrow at any advice would be greatly appreciated thank you everybody💕” The greatest gift I ever received came from God- I call her “ MOM”!💕

Gigi, haven't you posted on these issues before? A few times if I remember correctly?

You write that you "hope to go to court tomorrow...". Either there's a hearing set of there isn't.

My advice would be and still is that you need to get an attorney involved and not represent yourself.

Gigi, I remember your posts.
We can't conceivably know the details of these problems, but when people describe nefarious families AND attorneys as well I always look at it a bit askance.
I hope you'll let us know how you fare in court.

This is a global forum. None of us are elder law attorneys who have a license to operate in your state, not that we even know in which state this drama is transpiring. You need a local elder law attorney. I'm sorry that there isn't a "free" solution for you. Many come to this site seeking "free" legal advice. There is none here.
