Just make sure the Elder Care Attorney is one that is certified in Elder Care. I just used one to help get the Guardianship of my wife. I live in the Las Vegas area.
A google search for certified elder care attorney should return what you are looking for in that area of law.

Hawaii, you would need to contact an Elder Law Attorney. You can use one in Nevada if she/he is also licensed in California. The Nevada Attorney could recommend someone in California.

To find an Elder Law Attorney, go down to the blue section at the bottom of this page and click on ELDER LAW ATTORNEYS... within that section you will see a place to put a zip code. I found my Elder Law Attorney that way and she has been outstanding.
