Have you changed detergents?

We have looked into everything you've mentioned. Has been to urgent care twice. 1st gave her cortisone cream, 2nd gave her antihistamine prescription. It's not shingles. I wondered if maybe if anxiety would be causing this. She's really being more cognisent of her abilities depleting and is quite anxious about this. Does not want to live in this state. We have an app't with a new primary doctor who might run some blood work.

Are you using fragrance free detergent and dryer sheets? We’ve found out that they’re not all the same. My DH started to break out with bumps on his chest, back and neck. We had used Arm and Hammer Free for years, but just on a hunch we experimented and switched to Wegmans brand Free and they went away.
