Yes. Dress him in Alzheimer's anti strip clothing available on Amazon, with a Depends underneath. Make sure you toilet him regularly.

I have to first ask...why are you allowing your husband to wear his boxers when he is incontinent from both ends? That's crazy! Throw the darn things away and only allow him to wear the Depends, and then like already mentioned have him wear the anti-strip clothing available on Amazon.
And of course if this is now getting to be too much for you to handle at home, it may be time to look into having your husband placed in the appropriate facility.

Yes, almost certainly at this point your husband needs nursing home care or memory care where there are several shifts of workers and several workers on each shift. This isn't sustainable when late stage dementia robs the one you love of all power to reason, do self care, or help care for self. I am so sorry.

I agree to throw out all his cloth undies and get him into anti-strip clothing. Also consider facility care.

I didn’t mean duct tape it to his skin!

I mean duct tape the diaper so he can’t get it off!!

Duct tape is not intended for elders fragile skin, regardless of what self proclaimed experts say.

I remember having a resident like that (many years ago). His wife requested this contraption (sorry, I don't know what it was called) but it looked like a giant walker for elderly adults. He still TRIED taking off the underwear but to no avail..he usually lost interest and walked around a little bit further then stopped, etc. On and on...
