As I replied in ur last post, you need to call APS (Adult Protection Services) in the area he is now living and ask them to investigate. Explain the daughter seems to be cutting him off. Or call the local Police and ask for a well check.

I know this is distressing for you but I don't think we can help in any other way but tell u to go to the authorities saying he is a vulnerable adult.

You have two of the exact same posts going on here at the same time; one in all CAPITAL letters and this one.

Do you have a question? If you think he is in danger, then call police for a wellness check or social services to report him as a vulnerable adult. But if you do this, don't expect to see him again. Sounds like that is already the plan by the daughter.

Without further details it is hard to make any suggestions, especially if you don't ask an actual question.

How old is your fiancee? Do you have any authority for him, like PoA? Did he have any health issues, like cognitive decline? The daughter may be protecting him from himself and cut you out as she is sorting through a mess at her end. Again, please provide an actual question and more details.

Have you spoken to her and asked her why...or do you already know why?  Is he being abused in your opinion?  Is he incapable of picking up the phone on his own and contacting you?  Is he living with his daughter or is he in a care facility.  There are so many questions that can arise by your statement.
We need much more information to really answer anything here.
Even with the most "not nice" people, there is a reason for a stone cold cut off like this.
