My father is 80-years-old and lives in an independent aging apartment in Albuquerque, NM. How can we relocate him closer to Delanco NJ?

does he lack an adequate support system where he is? It is comforting to have loved ones close to keep an eye on them. They also need a social network outside family to keep their health and mental clarity. Will that exist in the new home?
