My Dad doesn't seem to care that he has accidents for us to clean up and won't wear Depends. How can I convince him with his lite dementia?

Maybe if you show him...up close and personnel like...and also tell him "If you don't keep clean you will develop infections that will lead to HOSPITAL stay"
