Who ever owns the property can give him a 30 day eviction notice letter, and if he doesn't leave the sheriff can escort him out.

My mother owns the property and has a reverse mortgage so she lives there mtg free but pays all taxes, oil, water etc. he pays a measly $600 a month fora 2 bedroom apartment and uses her car and she pays the insurance.

she said she can still make decisions even though she has not managed any of her finances or medical care since 2013 or so. I think he coerces her into thinking it’s the right decision to make.

i called an elder law attorney to help.

He isn't taking any responsibility living there? Sponging? Evict him. Not worth the stress of trying to get him to pay anything.

He’s always sponged but somehow she always goes along with it because she thinks he does so much for her.
