Mum is 96 and has moderate dementia. I finally got her new hearing aids after she lost one. Now she keeps taking them out, so the nursing home staff keep them at the desk for her. If she would stop removing them, she would hear so much better and be able to socialize, ask questions, and hear answers and instructions. Has anyone found a way to get their LO to leave hearing aids in their ears for the day??
