Is Mum really getting better?

Mum is 90 and has diabetes and heart failure she also had an ulcer on her foot which is nearly better for the first time in a year she is walking with a walking aid with supervision to toilet and back she has also started to eat and got dinner and asked for dessert after not eating properly all along is this the last surge before death or is she really getting better she is living at home in her own house and has someone of us to stay with her 24 hours a day
