If he's in hospice at home, alert APS and the police about the grandson's behavior and ask what's necessary for them to intervene.

If he's in hospice at a hospice facility, contact the administration and alert them. In the meantime contact the local PD or sheriff's department in Las Vegas and ask them how to get a restraining order against the grandson.

If your father's in a hospice facility, the grandson isn't providing care so he can be blocked from access.

However, if I understand correctly, you want to move your father away from the grandson. Perhaps this is a misstatement:

"can I move him plus dad in inhospicein dc " Why would you want to move the grandson as well as your father? This doesn't make any sense to me.

NOPE. Hospice is limited to the county line. If someone is going to move, it is going to be you.

One question, if your Dad is in Hospice, how will you bring Dad from Vegas to Washington D.C.?
