She is 91, has pulmonary fibrosis and a hernia. Medically is only on synthroid for hyperthyroid. We started her on OCD medication but it doesn't seem to help. Any suggestions?

My mom had constant problems with phlegm. Hard to ever find her without a tissue in her hand to spit into. Yuck!

Has she seen a neurologist?

She hasn't seen a neurologist. a psychiatrist,has had tests for swallowing, ultra sounds you name it but not a neurologist.
