Yet I am her receiver and have my own brother in court for defrauding her. I just need support. I applied for receivership and my brother forged my signature and defrauded all of us beneficiaries of Dad's estate. Mum has dementia but my sister in law made me look like the enemy. How do I take care of a mom who seems to hate me?

You need to explain the accusations you're making.

On what document(s) did your brother forge your signature and how did you become aware of this? What action have you taken to report this fraud?

Why did you apply for receivership? What are the circumstances?

How did your brother defraud all of the beneficiaries? Did he forget your father's signature on a will? How could this happen unless he drafted the will or didn't use an attorney? Good elder law attorneys check ID if they don't know the client.

How can SIL make you look like the enemy for your mother's dementia?

Frankly, nothing you wrote has been supported by explanations or facts. Right now this just sounds like another troll post.

He did not have a will. He died intestate. I have informed the police. What he did was simply find a way to get signatures including my mother's on the deed of assent and conveyance. That is fraud, utterance and forgery. You used the word "good lawyers". The layer is before the police. I hope this answers your queries about my "accusations". I applied for receivership under the laws which allow me to do so whereas my mother is 91 lbs with dementia when she was in their care and ailing. Now that she is in my care, she is exhibiting some paranoia though the Court has allowed supervised visitation by my brother so she is not "cut off". She does not understand the circumstances and it would break her heart to know anyway. I am not one to write troll posts, I have a Masters Degree and joined the site to help my mother. She is frail, she has vertigo, hyptertention and a number of other minor illnesses, she had a TIA stroke occasioning dementia and the psychiatrist's report states she has cognitive impairment and physical impairment. I actually find it a bit offensive that you would consider this a troll post but so be it. Thank you
