Medicaid timely filing limit is 2 years, but claim denied due to timely filing. Why?

When I use delay reason 7, and 8 claim has been denied due to Finalized/Denial-The claim/line has been denied. (718 ) - Claim/service not submitted within the required timeframe (timely filing).

Date of service is 7/28/2018 but why is claim denied can anyone guide me?

You asked this question in another thread. I don't think anyone could answer. This is a forum of caregivers sharing experiences. We r not experts in Medicaid.

Are u looking for LTC or health insurance?
