Does medicaid pay for a caregiver at home 24/7?

Wow. NYC yes provides an HHA or PCA 24/7 but only on Medicaid. But skilled nursing, no, not 24/7.

In NYC they will.

No. Once it is 24/7 they will pay for a nursing home or hospice.
