Is it possible for meals on wheels for my disabled brother?

Can my disable brother receive meal on wheels he is currently on SS and receives ~$650/mo. He can take care of himself just not cook since the medication sometimes puts him to sleep where he forgets items on the stope.

He would be better off in a group home where meds are managed, he gets a day program, transportation and good home cooking. Call your county office of the disabled.
