How can I make an appointment with a social worker to visit my elderly brother and wife who just moved?

They are 70 and 74 yrs old. Do not drive. Just moved to Muldrow OK and cannot find doctors to take them as patients. We need help locating a doctor and getting transportation to VA in Fayetteville, AR to the VA facility, etc.

Look up the local (by county) Area Agency on Aging. They should be able to arrange a needs assessment.
