I am looking for a reporting tool, to report about parent's condition. Any suggestions?

Like the one that used to be on this website. I liked the Caregiver report tool but the Aging Care people took it away during a reset of the website because people were not using it enough, I found it helpful and my sister and I would have the best discussions after she received the new report. The fact that you could track changes was great.
But now what? I have not found another website that had one like the one that was here. I was able to keep siblings, grandchildren and interested others informed about Mom's condition or changes in one smooth method and now I am back to having to write it all out or not letting folks know...
