Looking for a part time nurse to give my daughter weekend AM meds and do vitals. Aetna betterhealth is the waiver insurance. Easy case; clean environment.

We are a forum of Caregivers sharing our experiences. Sorry, we are not an employment agency. You will need to seek agencies near you. You will not need an RN to give pills and do vitals. A little expensive. Depending on your State an LPN can do what you need. This usually doesn't fall under a CNAs responsibilities. States don't allow CNAs to distribute meds. They can remind but not hand them to the client. There are Medtechs that are higher than a CNA and can give meds. Not sure about vitals but anyone can do bloodpressure and pauseox. I did both for my Mom.

"CNA med tech duties and responsibilities include checking that the medications match the doctor's orders, delivering them to the patients, staying while they take the medication, recording the time the medication was given, taking and recording the patient's vital signs, and noting any adverse effects the medication ..."
