hello, I saw that no one answered you and I felt bad. what does your sister have? I am in Lincoln City but I know there is an Area Agency on Aging in Tigard that will help you. I am from Arizona originally and it was hard for me to get help for my dad there but it seems that people in Oregon are more caring. I would pick one issue that your sister has and Google that and see what support is out there as well. You can always go on here and talk to people but I would need more information to tell you where else to look but I believe you are in the right place and state for getting help. The Providence Health System is also a good resource. please let us know more information.
