We have a private home health aide for my father, not thru an agency. She is a retired nursing home aide that comes to the house and takes care of my father for about 12 hours a day. She cooks and give him meals, bathes him, does his laundry and tidies up around the house. Is there a document I can type up that states that I would not hold her liable if my father either fell or passes away while she is at the house taking care of him? He is on hospice, and we also have a hospice aide that comes in a few hours a week. But the private pay aide is the main caretaker help.
