I just got news that my step mom has passed away. My dad's wife. Extremely unexpected, my sister found her and tried CPR. She feels extremely guilty now, and my dad and her were everything. She was his caretaker. He has 2 mechanical valves and a defilibrator. Someone wake me up 😢😢 I’m extremely terrified of death and I don’t know how to process this.

Please accept my condolences. I'd like to share some encouraging thoughts from the Bible with you. If you view the Bible as Gods word, it will eliminate your fears, although saddness will remain for some time. Grieving is normal but there is no need for fear. Please message me if this interests you.

I am sorry about your stepmother’s death.

Unfortunately death is a part of life. I would go and support you father & sister, spend time with them and grieve together. That’s all you can really do. It’s sad I know.
