Is there home-care for a veteran's ex- spouse?

My mother was married to a Vietnam Vet for 5 years. The marriage ended at no fault of hers.

As said a divorced spouse is not entitled to VA benefits. Not even Social Security because she was not married 10 yrs. If she is low income, u may want to try Medicaid in-home care. Office of Aging maybe able to help.

No she is not eligible or benefits from her exspouse.

No. Beyond resources for everyday citizens, don't count on anything special. Her freedom is a blessing to be explored.
