If you mean help with toileting, bathing, dressing and hygiene - that's not considered "nursing". "Nursing care" is considered to be things like taking and monitoring medications, monitoring blood sugar or giving shots or IVs.

Generally, there are no programs that pay for in-home care givers. If your parents require more help and you can't provide it all, consider assisted living.
