That allows the in home caregiver to reside there too? The place where my client lives is not senior friendly,has lots of stairs.

Yes, there is, but the live-in has to be a certified, licensed caregiver with written orders from the MD. HUD rules come in to play as well, since the subsidy is based on BOTH incomes, so expect to pay higher rent.
