Find Care & Housing
Some years ago I received a solicitation for cancer insurance to be added to an existing policy, but I don't have any of that information any more.

You could call Gilda's House and ask if they know of any cancer insurance. A cancer society (not the cancer relief funds or foundations) might also have information.

Or, as StaceyB suggests on another post, ask your oncologist or social worker at the infusion center.

Hope you find something to help you.

Out of curiosity, I did a quick Google search and found several companies that do offer cancer insurance. However, I don't have any idea what the premiums might be, but I do expect they would be high.

Just Google "cancer insurance", then check out the hits. It might take some time, but you might also find a company with decent rates and coverage.

Good luck!

Life insurance policies are never written for people with cancer, heart conditions, dementia and a number of other pre-existing conditions.
Burial policies are no more than 25,000 and don't pay off for at least two years.
I tried to tell my husband he was uninsurable and he did not believe me. I tried to tell my FIL he was uninsurable, too. They found out the hard way.

Pat, I assumed you were interested in medical insurance. Pam raises another issue - are you looking for life insurance? Or medical insurance?
