Is my mother ready for hospice?
She is basically bed-bound, She doesn’t do anything, I diaper dress,
move her from the bed to her recliner, she is there all day with a blanket so still in bed. I give her meals, I feed her dinner. Then my Husband will move her back into her bed where I change her diaper and put her nightgown on, till the next day.

I just read your profile. Your mom is struggling with serious health issues and absolutely needs additional help. Your life is consumed with caring for her. At the very least. you need respite care for both of you.

Have you considered your mom living in a facility? Wishing you all the best. Please reach out for assistance with your mom.

Sounds like she lives with you? Doesn't sound like much of a life for any of you. I would get her evaluated for hospice. If not, you at least need some help to relieve you and husband from the constant needs you are dealing with . A couple weeks in respite care would be nice for you guys too. Or a permanent move. Sorry her quality of life is so poor and she's failing. It's a sad part of life.
