Is medical assistance available in Pennsylvania for home care?

Looking for home care services for my Mom - i.e. help with daily tasks - bathing, eating, meds, errands, etc. What providers if any provide these services and accept Medicaid?

You will need to contact your local Area Agency on Aging to ask what programs are available in your area and which ones accept Medicaid. Here in Ohio, we have a few. One is called “Direction Home” and another is called “Passport”. It takes a bit of research on the Internet but if you take an hour or so to google home health care in your city, you’re sure to find something.

If she receives Medicaid call and see if they provide these services.
